City Cabs use the Autocab automated dispatch system which is supported 24 hours a day by degree-qualified engineers. We use GPS (Global Positioning System), adding a further level of refinement and functionality to our booking and dispatch system. GPS trackers in our taxis display the vehicle’s real-time position to our dispatch team, meaning we can locate our cars at all times and keep you informed.
